These terms cover your use of this website, including the quote forms and the chat assistant. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. "White Knight," "we" and "us" mean White Knight Pest Control.

What this site does

This site lets you learn about our service, check whether we serve your area, chat with an automated assistant and request a quote, a free on-site inspection or a first service day. It does not sign you up for service. Service starts only after you sign a written service agreement with White Knight.

A request is not a booking. When you send a quote request, an inspection request or a preferred service day, you are asking us to contact you. Nothing is scheduled until a White Knight specialist confirms the day, the price and your service agreement with you.

Quotes are estimates

Any price you see on this site or hear from the chat assistant is an estimate based on what you tell us. A White Knight specialist confirms the final price and details, sometimes after an inspection. The price is not final until a specialist confirms it and it appears in your signed service agreement.

How our service works

Recurring service only. All residential and commercial service is recurring service under a written service agreement. We do not offer one-time treatments for everyday pests. Specialty work, such as a German roach cleanout, is quoted on its own.
Residential agreements are 12 months, then month to month. Cancelling in the first 12 months has a $200 early cancellation fee. After that, you can cancel any time with no fee.
Your agreement controls. Your signed service agreement, not this website, sets the terms of your service, including what is covered, the schedule, pricing, cancellation and our warranty and free return visits. If anything on this site conflicts with your agreement, the agreement wins.
Residential service is for single-family homes, including townhomes and duplexes with their own yard and no units above or below. Apartments and condos are served only as commercial service for the whole community, arranged with the property owner or manager, not unit by unit.
Service area. This site serves set areas in Texas. A service-area check on this site is a helpful guide, not a promise. Some addresses near the edge of our area need a quick check with our team, and we may not be able to serve every address.

The chat assistant

The chat on this site is an automated assistant powered by AI (Anthropic's Claude). It is not a person. Please keep in mind:

It can make mistakes, and its answers are general information, not a promise or an offer.
A White Knight specialist confirms all pricing, scheduling and service details.
Do not share payment card numbers, bank details, passwords or other sensitive information in the chat.
Conversations may be stored so we can follow up on your quote, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Calls, texts and emails

When you send a request, we use the contact information you give us to follow up on that request. The texting consent box on our forms is optional. If you check it, White Knight may reach you by phone, text and email about your quote and our service, as described in the consent you agreed to, including automated texts. If you leave it unchecked, your request still goes through, and a specialist follows up with a personal call or email instead of automated texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Using the site the right way

Please use this site only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

Give false information, or submit someone else's contact information without their permission
Send spam, automated requests or bulk submissions
Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or the chat assistant
Use the chat assistant to create harmful, abusive or unlawful content
Copy or scrape the site's content or data

We may block access or ignore requests that break these rules.

Our content

The White Knight name, logo, text, images and design on this site belong to White Knight or the people who license them to us. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy, change or reuse our content or brand for any other purpose without our written permission.

Disclaimers

We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is." We do not promise the site will always be available, error free or complete. Information on the site, including answers from the chat assistant, is general and does not replace the advice of a specialist who has looked at your property.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, White Knight is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website or the chat assistant, or from relying on an estimate that was not confirmed. Our responsibilities for the service itself are set by your signed service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under Texas law.

Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas, unless your service agreement says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
